The website in question offers cryptocurrency recovery services. It specializes in assisting individuals who have lost access to their digital assets due to various reasons such as hardware failures, forgotten passwords, scams, or transfers to third-party wallets. Their services include recovering cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Dogecoin, and others from different types of wallets (like Exodus, Blockchain, Electrum, Jaxx, and Trezor).

The site claims a collaboration with notable entities such as Bukh Law Firm, known for its focus on cyber security, and Cybersec, a firm run by ethical hackers. They emphasize their ability to recover digital assets through a combination of blockchain analysis, data recovery, computer forensics, and legal support.

Furthermore, the website provides contact details for clients to reach out for free consultations, offering personalized solutions based on individual cases. They assert no upfront fees for their services, aiming to build trust with potential clients.

Analysis of Contact Information

The website under review provides some specific contact details, but there are notable concerns regarding their authenticity and functionality:

  1. WhatsApp Widget – +1 620-953-1072: The presence of a WhatsApp widget for contact is a modern feature that can facilitate easy communication. However, it’s important to verify the legitimacy of this number. Potential clients should attempt to use the widget to gauge responsiveness and the quality of communication.
  2. Direct Contact Number – +1 573-227-2172: The website lists a direct contact number for starting recovery processes or inquiries. While having a direct contact number is a positive sign, it is essential to validate its authenticity. Clients should consider calling the number to assess the professionalism and credibility of the responses they receive.
  3. Broken Social Media Links: The website apparently offers links to social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. However, these links being broken is a significant red flag. Functional and active social media links are often indicators of a business’s engagement and transparency. Broken links could suggest a lack of actual business activity or an attempt to appear more legitimate without having a real presence on these platforms.
  4. Generic Email Placeholder (your@email): The use of a generic email placeholder rather than a specific, branded email address is concerning. It might indicate a lack of attention to detail or an attempt to obscure real contact information. In professional settings, especially in financial services, having a specific and official email address is standard practice for legitimate businesses.

Analysis of Red Flags and Credibility

  1. Lack of Specific Regulatory Compliance Information: While the site mentions collaborations with law firms and ethical hacking groups, it lacks specific details on regulatory compliance. For a company dealing with financial and legal matters, this omission can be a concern.
  2. Vague or Overstated Claims: The website makes broad claims about their success and abilities in recovering cryptocurrencies. Without concrete case studies or verifiable success rates, these claims may appear overstated and lack credibility.
  3. No Upfront Fees Claim: While the claim of no upfront fees might seem reassuring, it’s important to understand their fee structure fully. Sometimes, hidden fees or conditional charges can be a red flag.
  4. Contact Information and Transparency: A critical aspect is the clarity of contact information provided. If the site lacks specific addresses, direct phone numbers, or identifiable personnel, it could raise doubts about transparency.
  5. Collaboration Claims: The mentioned collaborations with entities like Bukh Law Firm and Cybersec need verification. Often, fraudulent sites name-drop reputable firms to appear legitimate.
  6. Customer Reviews and Testimonials: Genuine customer reviews and testimonials can significantly enhance credibility. If the website lacks these or if they appear fabricated, it’s a red flag.
  7. Legal Disclaimers and Privacy Policies: A legitimate website, especially in financial services, should have clear legal disclaimers and privacy policies. Their absence or vagueness can be a concern.
  8. User Interface and Professionalism: The overall presentation of the website, including the user interface, language use, and professionalism in content, can also indicate credibility. Poor design and grammatical errors often correlate with less credible sites.

    Complaints We Received

On December 22, 2023, one of our partners received the following complaint from a person who reported being scammed for $2000:

I joined four different trading platforms in November 2023 through Instagram advertisements, which redirected me to a WhatsApp group that provided day trading signals. These platforms included,,, and I invested close to $20,000 in these companies but ended up losing most of my investment and the estimated earnings, totaling approximately $154K. Some of these companies prevented me from withdrawing funds, while others requested payment of capital gains taxes before releasing withdrawals. Heartbroken and victimized by these scams, I had thought I was creating wealth. I even took out loans and exhausted all my savings, never suspecting I was being scammed. My bank, Chime Bank, didn’t alert me to the excessive movement of funds in and out of my account, which could have served as a protective measure.

The realization of these scams led me to seek legitimate recovery services. I came across Crypto Reclaim (, which offered recovery services without any upfront fees, only taking 10-15% of the recovered amount. I began the process with them, communicating with just one individual from the company. He seemed to do a great job recovering the funds, which amounted to $154K. However, concerns arose when I was asked to purchase “Ethan Hack Software” for the recovery and to use my Blockchain recovery phrase on sites like and to generate a BIP39 root key. Despite this, only $1.61 appeared in my Blockchain account after I was instructed to import the wallet.

Suspicions grew when the individual from Crypto Reclaim showed me a Blockchain account supposedly holding the recovered funds, but it appeared to be a standard Blockchain account, not a server as claimed. Realizing the possibility of a second scam, I was then asked to initiate a transaction of 0.12 BTC to activate the recovery funds, a step I couldn’t complete due to insufficient funds in my Blockchain account.

I’m deeply concerned I might be facing another scam, risking a significant loss of money. It seems the individuals at Crypto Reclaim might have accessed my account and recovery funds since they asked for my email and wallet ID, which I provided, meaning they potentially have access to my recovery phrase and Wallet ID.

    CryptoReclaimFraud Review Conclusion

Our review of, a site dedicated to cryptocurrency recovery services, has unveiled several critical aspects and raised some concerns. Registered in 2021 through Nicenic International Group Co., Limited, and hosted by ServerMania, the site’s traffic, predominantly from Brazil, seems limited based on SimilarWeb data. The low SEMrush AuthorityScore and an unusually high number of backlinks predominantly from a single domain,, further add to the ambiguity about its online footprint.

    Key Observations:

    ZenGo Wallet Banner
    1. Service Range: The site offers recovery services for various cryptocurrencies, indicating a broad spectrum of expertise in digital asset recovery. They claim to handle cases involving hardware failures, forgotten passwords, scams, or unauthorized third-party transfers.
    2. Collaboration Claims: The website’s stated associations with entities like Bukh Law Firm and Cybersec suggest a professional approach, combining legal expertise and technical know-how. However, the validity of these claims remains unverified.
    3. Contact Channels and Credibility Concerns: The site provides a WhatsApp number and a direct contact number, but the authenticity of these channels is questionable. Broken social media links and a generic email placeholder further weaken the site’s credibility.
    4. Analysis of Red Flags: The absence of specific regulatory compliance information, vague success claims, and unclear fee structures are potential red flags. Additionally, the lack of customer reviews and testimonials on the website raises doubts about the site’s proven track record.

    Bottom Line

While positions itself as a capable player in the cryptocurrency recovery domain, several factors suggest caution. The lack of robust online reviews, questionable backlink profiles, and inconsistencies in their online presence necessitate a cautious approach. For individuals who have been scammed or seeking recovery services, it is crucial to conduct thorough due diligence, seek independent verification of claims, and possibly consult with established financial advisors or legal experts before proceeding with any service offerings from the site.
